Fat burning cabbage soup

Add salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or hot sauce to taste.

Serve hot as a wholesome, nutrient-packed meal.

Tips & Variations

For extra protein, add cooked beans or lentils in the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Blend part of the soup for a creamier texture without adding cream.

Add fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, or basil just before serving for brightness.
Ingridient
2 large onions
2 green peppers
2 cans of tomatoes
1 bunch of celery
1 head of cabbage
3 carrots
1 package of mushrooms
1-2 vegetable stock cubes (optional)
6-8 cups of water or vegetable cocktail such as V8

Chop all veges into cubes. Saute onions.
Add all other chopped veges and cover with water and stock cubes or V8.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a medium heat. Simmer until veges are tender about 30-45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper or hot sauce, herbs and spices.
