How to Make Egg Rolls
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16-ounce) package tri-color coleslaw mix
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add coleslaw mix and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken and coleslaw mixture in the center.
Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Seal the edges with a little water.
