Air Fryer Apple Pie Taquitos

1. Prepare the Apple Filling

Melt butter in a skillet. Add diced apples, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.
Cook until apples soften and become glossy.

If you prefer a thicker, stickier filling, sprinkle cornstarch at the end and stir.

Add vanilla and let the mixture cool slightly.

2. Assemble the Taquitos

Place a spoonful of apple filling on each tortilla.
Roll tightly like a taquito and brush the outside with melted butter.

Roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

3. Air Fry to Crispy Perfection

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place taquitos seam-side down in the basket, making sure they don’t overlap.

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
