Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry:
- 350 g all-purpose flour (type 00)
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Grated zest of 1 lemon (optional, for a fresh touch)
For the cream filling:
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 level tablespoons of sugar
- 4 heaping tablespoons of flour
- 500 ml milk
